Southern Style - Club events

Hi All. Well the picnic went quite well, not to many were able to make as they had other comitments but all who turned up had a fun family time. Here are some pic of our afternoon out with other vanners

So as you can see its all about getting out in our vans - sorry not all of us have our vans on the road

But getting out there and doing stuff with the families

Well done guys. Always good to out and about with the club, regardless of how many turn up.
Is that a great looking club trailer I spy there? Coat of paint and some art work and it'll be supurb.

Nice pic's, how many vans are off the road ?, Alex your van looks good in the photo, where were the Bedfords?, I thought some of you owned Beddie's,

they are all off the road gettin done up their are 3 beddys in the club so far the rest of us hav decent vehicles

4 beddies, don't forget mine, the most important one, as mine's going

I see the makings of a nice club trailer and a bunch of cars so I guess they are the decent vehicles you speak of . Your VANS are off the road (aren't they always ) Remember REAL vans are BIG vans, anything smallers a car.

Only 1 week 'till the long weekend. Hope to see plenty of pics from your run. I'll post a bunch from the north island run either here on the VANZ site.

I thought the saying was BIG vans are only good for postal deliverires, ice cream vans and mini buses. The only REAL VANS are MEDIUM and SMALL VANS!

they say, the bigger the better, the saying goes the size of your van reflects the size of your man hood, I feel sorry for you guys I really do, I couldn't find anything bigger than a Bedford

don't need your pitty fool coz its not the size it's how you use it and further more guys with medium and small vans are wolves in sheeps clothing as they have no need to question their manhood and are not insecure enough about their manhood to own a big van

Or is it a reflection of the owners waistline!

To all you mediun and small van (car) drivers. You should talk more to your vans more . They'll all tell you that when they grow up they want to a BIG VAN.

Hey Alex. Got any from VANZ Unlimited going to Wanaka? Would think it would be a great run and great PR for them to attend.

Sadly Gary there are no vanz unlimited members going except for vaughn from nelson and yet one would think they could show their support as fuel prices have dropped and it is a cheap weekend stay in a senic resort

Awesome to see Vaughn making it all the way from Nelson. Really good guy. Tony and Claire should be there from Wanganui as well, hopefully.

Speaking of the VANZ mag. The next one closes off for articles on 08 November. Any chance of a bit of a blurb on your club, it's members and where your at? Be great to get something in there from way down south.

Yeah Vaughn is a good guy and yes Tony and Claire will be there and yes CH CH boyz need a rev up cutting off there nose to spite there faces as to the mag yes a blurb can do and you jut might hav our affiliation by now if not its on its way

so not only am I a stinky pom, now I'm a fat one to boot, my van is a true reflection of me, as part of me is in the van, I couldn't find a gear shifter long enough, 5 gear hurts abit as it's so far away, but you get use to it
